Very poor service.

On the 5th l wrote a review regarding the poor service l received from Rain. I was contacted and told l will be given feedback with 24hrs via telephone or email should they not reach me on the phone. To date l have had no feedback, the is the same nonsense l get when l call their customer service. My sim1 shows that l am running out of minutes and sim2 is almost out of SMS’s and Data but its not in use. I want to know which simcard am l suppose to use now, because if l use sim2 there is minutes there but no data and if sim1 there is data there and no minutes and SMS’s.

Why are you guys deducting data and SMS’s on the simcard that is not in use? And dont give me that nonsense of you going to investigate and get back to me, l am sick of that. Call me with answers, l cannot be asking the same questions for over 5 months now with no proper response.
