Very Poor service
Poor service.I have no connection for the past 5 days.I have called several times,I have been assisted by network specialists,I have rebooted several times.I requested a technician to come out to the residence to no avail.I was chatting to ask Rain,still to no avail.I have requested reference numbers to no avail.Im losing money as a result.
