Very poor service

I recently purchased a 4G rain sim card, before I even purchased it I spoke to one of the consultants who told me that there is network coverage where I reside. When I received the sim card there was no coverage in my house. I called several times only to ne told that a technician will get back to me but I'm still waiting even now....7 days has passed however they claimed that they will get back to me in 48hrs. In order for me to get some coverage I have to walk a few miles down our street. It's really difficult to disgusting that they do not tell the truth with regards to their coverage, it seems like all they care about is reaching their sales target. I will never recommend them to anyone.
