Very poor service

For months I have sent requests and complaints that my rain phone cannot receive or make calls from the landline.. eventually i was referred to the custommer care centre. They have not acted or contacted me in 2 weeks.. The people who assist need to be trained better. They also post under the confidential platform where I can't see their reponse
