Very Poor Service

Good day This is my second review and look like thing just got worse no customer service i have 5 active ticket numbers no call backs from support team and also the call center you always speak to someone not from South Africa so they cant understand you can i really have some assistance from your cancellation department please *** Mrs MR Bok

Hi this is what we discussed over the phone and Kapeso put me on hold and then the phone went dead and nothing so to me we were still talking very unprofessional.....you cant put someone on hold and then drop the call and don not phone them back to tell them its resolved ..... so can you please phone me back at 12.00 today as my query is nor resolved
