Very Poor Service

On the 20th of December my rain network stopped working, I called them on the same day and they advised the reason for the disconnection is because of payment. I then requested them to deduct the money to enable my services. My normal debit date was the 7th of every month. The debited me on the 20th of December but my service was still disconnected. The following day I called again on the 21st December until the 30th and was advised me to restart the router but no success. The last call I made I was then advised that the tower is down. I requested them to refund me my money as I did not have any internet connection from the 20th of December and till today I have not received any refund , this is poor very poor service , they took my money and **** to me and only after numerous calls they advised me that the towers were off.
