Very poor service

I wish i had an option of no star as 1 is too good for their poor service. I changed my debit date from the 25th to 1st. This is after rain debited my account pm the 25th October,meaning that my next date would be moved from 25nov to 1st december right? Well not with rain because they expect me to make a payment 6days after i changed the debit date. Crazy right.. why in the hell would i change from 25 oct and be expected to pay on the 1st Nov. My service has been suspended from the 15th November,i called their useless call centre only to close 30 minutes and more and receive no assistance whatsoever as the consultant just told me i need to make a partial payment. I called back 2 times and was advised my account would be activated and i need to make payment on the 1st.. but guess what,today is the 16th and my account is still not activated. I don’t know how many tickets i have logged only to receive their stupid automated responses. What a pathetic service,i am definitely leaving this stupid network
