VERY POOR SERVICE

Worst and pathetic service ever. I ordered the sim card on the 27th of May which took forever to be delivered l had to cancel. I waited for days fir my money back and l decided to try and re-do the order on the 9th of June. Again l waited for the delivery, sent numerous emails with ni response. I then decided to call on the 22 of June to find about this whole hold up and l was told my number was incorrect, which was a totally lie as l took a screen shot of my profile and sent another email to show them the number was correct. I spoke to Khayalethu Cele and asked to speak to the Supervisor /Manager and l was transferred to Lisa Pillay who promised to sort out this problem, and later was called back by Khayalethu to confirm that RAM will deliver the next day 23-06-2021 which was still not delivered. This is very disappointing and the worst service l have ever experienced. RAIN IS THE WORST EVER!!!
