Very poor ISP

The internet is extremely slow, I could hardly stream a video without buffering. When I signed up with Rain, i had serious connection problems. Calling their call centre I was only answered by automated machines and there was no human being to assist. The issues logged on their website took a month to reply. Service doesn't exist at Rain. This is my last choice for an ISP. I have closed my account and move on with Vodacom where I am now getting value for money.
