Very poor internet service
Network is constantly down. If a tower is down they don't transfer you to another tower. If you call your call is on hold for ages until you finally give up. Our network has been down since Friday evening, currently we still have no network. When the weather is overcast, network is down, when it's windy, network is down. I had this month to month contract since 2020 but still their is no infrastructure installed to move away from 4g or pocket wifi routers

01 Nov 2022, 17:46It is almost end of business and still not a single call from a Rain consultant. Needless to say our network is still down. I sent an email yesterday, tried calling but were on hold for more that 30 minutes until I decided to give up. Funny how a company can claim to have the best service then in reality you struggle to get a service, let alone good or best service
