VERY POOR INTERNET SERVICE
Rain needs to pull up their socks!!! I stay in harbee****rt with probably about 4 rain towers surrounding us within 1 and 2 km. our signal is good, but the speed is slow as hell!!!. we go to Magalies park for the weekend, and there the internet speed is very good! how can that be? You guys need to start waking up if you want to keep your customers. I was one of your first customer when you first came out. im now looking for other service providers because your service is ****!

06 Oct 2021, 09:00You mean rain will look into and do nothing about it? You have 85% 1 Star ratings. Its clear that your service is as bad. Sad thing is it was never like this when i first got rain, but the service just went down just like goverment services.
