VERY POOR INTERNET CONNECTION

This is the worst network experience I have ever had with a internet connection, I am paying R479 p/m and it suppose to be an uncapped data, from a minute of live stream view of dstv account I have I can only get 5sec with of view. I have recorded videos as evidence of this complaint but not sure how to attach it. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS SERVICE AS IT IS DEBITED ORDERD FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT MONTHLY AND STILL PROVIDES THE POOREST OF SERVICE!!!! Rain internet service does not have a direct contact method for customer complaints where you can speak to a consultant directly, but they were very effective at the time I wanted to join them and even one of their consultant called me when i was struggling to complete application form online. Now that they have got my contract i cannot get hold of them!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS SERVICE! LET ME KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD VIDEOS THAT I HAVE TAKE TAKEN AS EVIDANCE OF POOR SERVICE. Yes, I might be connected as you say to one of your close sights but that still does not resolve my poor connectivity problem, I am running the lowest quality live stream From low up to 360p, It is almost impossible to watch anything on netflix or showmax aswell at the lowest picture quality settings which is terrible to watch ...I am using a ZTE 4g wireless router, Model number MF286C.

I did another test, Ping 81ms; Jitter 96 ms; Download 0.9 Mbps; Upload 5.4 Mbps

Thanks you for attending to this, no changes as to my connectivity my network is still extremely poor especially if i live stream. I will make an example for you. If I am watching a 30min program, 20min of that its loading. That is how bad it is. Please help me.

I am not sure I understand the question when you speak of direct line, All I know is I am using wi-fi not cable, I would think I'm suppose be connected to the closest tower with the least interference. Am I right?
