Very poor data quality and service

rain has not delivered on their data speed promise. The R470 package should be returning up to 10Mbps. I am running on 0.5Mbps or less 95% of the time. I have bought a ne router for nearly R2000 with no improvement. Their service and feedback is also not responsive and not helpful. Would really not recommend them at all.
