Very poor customer support

I would like to request a cancellation and full refund on my account. Today is the 10th and I am still sitting with 2 sim cards that do not work and ZERO support. I have tried the call center, email, twitter and even Hello Peter and the response I get is we are escalating this to network department or we are looking into it. If you cannot provide me with the service I have paid for, please refund me so that I can find a more reliable data provider who will offer customer care that won't just be wasting my airtime and time. I'm so disappointed in Rain.
