Very poor customer service

I have been a loyal customer for since 2018 and have loved Rain. Recently however, I have been struggling with no internet connection in Bloemfontein since yesterday afternoon and poor internet speeds before that since the lockdown started. I have sent multiple emails and direct messages ons social media platforms without receiving much help besides that they will come back to me. Very poor customer service
