Very poor customer service

Made an online payment on the 24th of June as you can make early payments, then my account got debited again by rain on the 26th of June at five am

Contacted rain support on the 26th of June and a call was then apparently logged with their billing department. I proceeded to contact rain support again on the 27th of June to enquire. Another call was logged with their billing team. I’ve been trying to contact your rain support and I’m not getting through. This is frustrating and really disappointing. There should be a turn around time as to when and how tickets are logged and feedback accordingly to your customers. This isn’t acceptable
