Very poor customer s...
Very poor customer service and pathetic feedback... But very fast when you have to send a sales request. We had good coverage and steady connection for the first 3 weeks of installation with Rain.. After that we have been more off than on. I suspect the issue is with the ZTE router as the first one failed inside the Rain shop. Had to be replaced in the shop before I took it home. My suggestion is that this was a bad batch of routers delivered
