Very poor. Bad experience

Bad service. Requested to cancel my subscription due to the double charges. Its been 2 months now and im still being billed. Was told an agent will call since then no one has called. Never go for rain their service and communication is bad. Poor customer experience. Its fine now then later you'll be here like the rest of us.
