Very poor and unprofessional service

On 2020-06-02 I registered with Rain and made payment for a 4G sim card top the amount of R479. Payment went through from my bank on 2020-06-03. Until now I have heard nothing from Rain. No payment confirmation, no tracking no or no order no. I have logged queries on their website with no *** and again on 2020-06-05 with no ***. This is very poor and unprofessional service.
