Very poor and disgusting service

This service provider is a ****. I ordered a rain sim card on the 20th of August i never received the sim card but my money was deducted on the very same day i placed an order. I kept calling them only to be told the sim card was queued for delivery. I called them again in October and told them to cancel my order and refund my money, i was told money will reflect back into my account within 10 working days, still i never got any refund. I called again on the 18th of November to do a follow up only to be told that the sim card os still queued for delivery there's no ticket that was opened for a refund. Like seriously from the 20th of August till today no one at Rain seem to help me solve this.
