VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I have been a happy user of this service for about 10 months. Connectivity was mostly been good and I could not complain. For the last two weeks I have had NO connectivity where I reside but great connectivity where I work. after reporting the matter THREE times and never being told what they are doing to resolve the issue, I am at my wits end, The problem is obviously not my device or the sim card but the local tower. If a layman like me can see the problem why can't they? Looking at the different reviews here it seems that the problem is the after sales service and service in general that really sucks!. Beyond complaining here what are we as loyal customers to do?
