Very inefficient call centre agents.
Rain call centre has the most pathetic customer service that I have ever experienced. You deal with agents that gives you wrong advice as well as incorrect information. I am most irate with their service they have given over the past few days.

27 Aug 2024, 18:38I just received a call from Cynthia @ CCD couriers who advised me they are delivering two sim cards, so now I ask what happened to my router? I distinctly asked for an upgrade to RainOne, why do I get two simcards and not the new router? Honestly if I wanted simcards I could have gone to Pepstores and buy simcards over the counter. Please can anyone enlighten me as to why is this simple instruction so difficult to execute? A simple instruction like an upgrade with a new router delivered to an address of my choice with no issues. For the life of me why can Rain not carry out a simple task a simple task? I am really busy losing my patience and politeness with Rain at this stage.
