Very Impressed With Rain's Prompt Response To My Review

I think it's only fair to acknowledge that as low as my rating was of Rain for their poor support generally, I was really impressed with how they reacted to my review here on hello peter. Within the minute I had received a response that they are attending to my issue (probably an auto-responder), in 5 minutes they had referred my matter to their finance department, within 15 minutes they had issued the refund and notified me to expect the refund within 7 days. If they can just upgrade their support system to provide this level of excellence everytime.
