Very horrible customer service

The service is horrible. They don't care about their customers. I have been trying to cancel for the past 2 months, and they are giving me the runaround. I am currently sick and out of the country. I have not used their service since February, but they want me to pay for March and April, and I am on a month-to-month deal. They think I am stupid. Refund my money and cancel my subscription. Let me die in peace!!!!!!
