very frustrated with service from Rain

Hi, I’m very frustrated. I ported my old no to rain on 28th September and it was successful ***) – it worked until a few days ago – I noticed I was not receiving calls or messages now it has stopped working. Nobody can call me on this number, it goes straight to voicemail and I am not getting any sms’s (i.e.: one time pin’s for banking etc)

When I use my phone to make a call, then another number shows up on the phone of the person I am calling ***

I need this sorted out ASAP as I cannot do any banking now.

You will not be able to call me on *** so please use this new no *** or use ***
