Very frustrated and unhappy customer

I received my rain sim for the 24/7 unlimited data on the 14th April 2020. I checked for network coverage in the area before placing my order and it said that there is coverage. Ever since I received the sim I haven't been able to connect to internet due to limited service. I have contacted their support team on Wednesday (15th April) to report the problem and I am still waiting even now. I am not impressed with their customer service, I might as well cancel them.
