Very ****ed off

I ordered my rain device 2 weeks ago, it was meant to be delivered last week, I was called to postpone the delivery and agreed for it to be delivered this week wednesday, AGAIN No delivery. I WANT MY DEVICE!

No item delivered today, I was assured it would. I called CCD and was told that ny item will be delivered on Monday the 14 and received a messqge too, yet I have a wayblll for todqy, Not sure whos been taken for a ride here....
