Very Dissatisfied long term client for Rain.

I have been a loyal Rain customer for over three years, consistently paying for a 100 Mbps download speed package. Despite this, my internet speed has never met expectations. Based on countless speed tests over the years, my average download speed has been just **37 Mbps**—a far cry from what I’ve been paying for.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I even replaced my router, thinking the problem might be on my end. Unfortunately, that made no difference. Over the past two weeks, I’ve been in regular contact with Rain’s support team. They claimed to have made some backend changes and advised me to restart my router. After doing so, I finally received the full 100 Mbps—**but only for one day**. The following day, my speed dropped to a shocking **7 Mbps**, the lowest I’ve ever recorded.

It’s clear that Rain is capable of delivering the promised speed, yet they fail to maintain any level of consistency. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of their infrastructure and service.

To make matters worse, their customer service is appalling. When you request a callback, they let the phone ring once and then hang up. It feels like they're actively avoiding customer interaction rather than trying to resolve problems.

After three years of paying full price for partial service, I believe I am owed a refund—**at least 60% for each month** where speeds fell drastically below the advertised level. Rain has proven to be a provider full of empty promises, poor delivery, and zero accountability.

At this point, I cannot recommend Rain to anyone looking for reliable internet. Pathetic service, no value for money, and no genuine effort to fix long-standing issues. Very unhappy.
