Very dissatisfied and disappointed customer

Rain jst suspended my service now but my debit order is scheduled for the 1st of every month, it shows this information on my Rain app,but when I phoned them it apparently shows the 25th on their system and the lady who answered my call just told me this is not their fault, they keep on doing this to their clients
