Very Dissapointing

VER DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I'M GETTING AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAIN TO ANYONE, I've been with Rain for more than 2 years already what upset me was, recently I upgraded from 4G to 5G but the speeds are what's worrying me, I upgraded to a 50meg line but I still do not get the speeds that they are promising me, I upgraded especially with the July special to up my speeds but im still getting the speed like a 25meg line, this was going on whole month already now they expect you to pay for the 50meg line with was on promotion, I made more than 10calls but no one could assist me
