VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH RAIN
Unbelievably unreliable service. When I subscribed to Rain I was paying for the limited package of unlimited internet between 11pm and 6pm. Speeds were ok and was an average of 5Mbps dn and up. Since upgrading to the unlimited 24/7 speeds have dropped to 0.37 dn and 1.91 up. The Rain tower is just over a KM from my house and I can literally see it with clear LOS. I have tried to contact technical support and open multiple tickets with no response. I am so frustrated that I am seriously considering contacting the ombudsman as this to me is Theft of my money for no service.

03 Sept 2020, 08:06Yes, that is the same scripted answer I get to all my emails and it has been over 3 weeks now that IO have been trying to contact Rain, yet nobody has attempted to contact me via phone or email. This is a serious matter and needs to be resolved ASAP. The gloves are off.
