Very dissapointed now

Hi bought a sim card the weekend Saturday morning and i followed the steps to activate it and i was going to be send a link to rica till date nothing i created over 8 to 9 support tickets the whole day since the weekend nothing as yet not even 1 reply i paid already now activate my service whats the hold up ?

I got one call and then they telling me takes so many days for face to face rica
i asked ok can we do online still waiting nothing happened now im still waiting and when i asked for a refund it takes 10 days 2 weeks for a refund this is the most stress full experience with a provider i ever had Afrihost and all the others had turn around for 2 days delivered i ordered a new mobile sim from them within 2 days it was here im waiting to see if i will throw these sim cards in the bin and cancel or will they rica the first time in my life rica takes this long

Fyi if i don not get feedback today i will be disputing the transaction and cancelling all dealings with you guys not interested in back and forth i have already been informed today that MTN has launched 5G product i have a contract with mtn already called them and will see how this plays out

I had decided to let me see since i already have done a upgrade on my current provider i dont need this any longer i jst wanna see how this plays out we 2 PM the following day there is literally nothing to say not even a mail or a mis call or even sms

Monday : they responding to the tickets now they want to send me sim card with ram so why did i even waste 2 rand to buy these sim cards im not sure what these people want or do now they want me to wait on ram to come and rica did they rica the amount when they took it of my bank this is irritating me more and more
