Very Dissapointed

Listen here, i have been begging for assistance, here is my ticket number, i have 5 more if you need them, ***.Corona is all over, not only by Rain offices, How much longer must i wait to be contacted ? We must work from home but your internet is nonexistent, What is going on here actually ?
