VERY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I have been given the run around for almost two weeks now. Every time I complain you send out someone new who is full of promises and knowledge as to what the problem is. IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED and I DO NOT HAVE A RELIABLE CONNECTION. I teach and every evening I have to pack up my PC and go to a neighbours apartment so as to get connected. My neighbour is also with RAIN (how do you explain this)? I have been very patient up to now but this is now becoming a sick joke. Either this matter get fixed or come and collect - I have now had enough. VERY DISGRUNTED CUSTOMER. Keith ****ord ***
