Very disappointing and waste of money

I'm completely disappointed in the services of RAIN 5G after seeing and hoping for better services. I've constantly been struggling with WiFi connection and when I tried to call the call didn't go through. I've been trying to cancel my subscription and stopped paying for it but yet somehow my *** is overdue with thousands of rands without getting any service. It's outrageous!
