Very Disappointed with your After Sale Service

I have never came across this poor service in my whole life.

I mean your after sale service is very disgusting, I mean you guys dont really care about your customers.

I said I want an immediate cancellation, and from what I know it should already be cancelled by Friday is it takes 24 hours to do so.

But still receive an email asking me if they should do the cancellation now or month end.

What does Immediate Cancellation mean?

I took the 4g Simcard thinking that the 5g one will be cancelled within 24 hours, even today it's still not cancelled, only if I knew I wouldn't have taken the 4g Simcard without finalizing the 5g cancellation.

Reference for cancellation is ***2.

So do what we agreed on, not on what you want.
