very Disappointed with Rain’s Poor Service

I work from home full-time and have been with Rain for just over 3 years. For the past few days, my internet connection has been an absolute nightmare it disconnects every 5 minutes! This is completely unacceptable, especially since I rely on a stable connection to take client calls throughout the day.

I’ve been trying to contact Rain since Friday, but their customer care number doesn’t go through. I even requested a call back yesterday and, surprise surprise, no one has bothered to respond.

This level of service is beyond disappointing it’s pathetic! can someone from Rain please call me back? I’m honestly on the verge of cancelling my subscription because this is not the service I signed up for.
