Very disappointed with Rain and frustration from Rain

I am very disappointed with Rain the time I got Rain wifi I was told that it's month to month contract if you don't pay for that month you will not get data. Now my area have fiber and I want to cancel but I can't get access to the Rain App. When I called no answer when I get to the website and log in to be called they're not calling back. Now there are taking my money through the bank account using the voucher and I called the bank and they can't help because it's not debit order. I didn't approve the voucher and I don't know how it works Rain didn't explain to me before about the voucher payment, as I was paying through the Rain App now I am blocked. Now how am I going to get hold of Rain but taking my money with the unauthorized voucher. I am very disappointed on the promise the it's month to month I want to end this issue of taking my money through voucher payment and cancel Rain wifi. When I called again they transferred to to billing account and no one picked up the phone so frustrating.
