Very disappointed with rain

Rain does not want to close my subscription.

I closed my Rain subscription in the beginning of June 2026. On 25 June they debited R650 from my capitec account at that time I was not even in South Africa.

They sent they couriers details saying they will pick up the router. I told them never because I have already paid they must fetch it July.

I closed my card and transactions are bouncing every time. Now they say I owe them R1 300 for the services they never rendered.

I am in Miami not using their services, next thing will be getting these Miami lawyers and they sue the hell out of you. ***
