Very Disappointed with rain 5G experience

I'm very disappointed in rain 5g. I've been using for 8 months and the cons ought weigh the pros. Too much download speed, very slow upload speeds, making it difficult to submit work. It was update my Adobe creative cloud. Dont be fooled by their false advertising. My MTN 4G and Cell 4G performans betters. How it is that 5G is in fact inferior to 4G? My question? what are you going to do about this, You've onboarded hundreds users onto this fast and misleading schemed. I definitely feel like we've been cheated. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, there's a saying that goes "if it's too good to be true, then it probably is" i feel ****med.
