Very Disappointed in the service I have received

I am very disappointed, I have been with Rain for the past 2 years without any problems. I got a 5G router which I have not been able to connect for the past week and I have called your support almost every day for the past week no one is getting back to me I hear an excuse after another. Today I spoke to a very rude agent, I am at the verge of canceling both my subscriptions, this is so unfair because now I feel like I paid for something I am not even using.
