Very disappointed in Rain services

I am very disappointed on the services I had received... I ordered wifi package from rain that comes with a router.. My child had online lessons that she needed to attend from the month of May, I figured I should get unlimited data bundle from them since everyone is recommending them so much.. And I did.. On the 27th of April I placed my order and everything went well, on the 4th of May got a call from the courier saying they have a delivery for me but its only the sim... I had to call Rain and find out why am I receiving only the sim and not with the router, I was told that, they had some delays with the router but they will deliver that after three working days.. From then I was the one who made calls to find out whats going on with regard to the router... Every call that I made was escalated and nothing was done. This process has defeated the whole purpose of me getting the wifi package in the first place. I am very angry and disappointed in the service that Rain offered me.. M child had to miss some of her lessons because of data issues...
