Very disappointed in Rain Internet Provider.

Dear Hellopeter Unfortunately, my experience with Rain hasn't been a positive one as well. Not only is their country-wide coverage below standard, which is even excusable, seeing that they are pretty "new", but also the internet quality at my home left much to be desired. Hence my decision to cancel my prescription. But, to my surprise, Rain kept debiting my account for 2 months with a total of around ZAR 3700.00. Phoning them did not yield much success, bar the promise that my complaint would be escalated. Very disappointed.
