Very disappointed in rain

I am very disappointed in Rain.My internet is still slow with times we have no internet.We are suppose to get 60mbps but we do not even get 2mbps.I have reported it numerous times on rain chat and request a call back but with no luck.If I am lucky they will phone me a week later.I try to phone them but with no luck.
