Very Disappointed

I laid a complaint to Rain on the last Month even Now - no response no help when u call them - their Agents they just make u feel like u stupid

On the 21 Jan i was asked to pay R 1200.00 and i was told My Next payment will be on the 25th Feb on the 26 Jan when i got back from work i was disconnected and told i nw owe R650 for Jan on the 28th they said it will be sorted the Jan will be removed i will be connected again even now im still waiting - No email - No Call This is Very disappointing their billing department is like VIP's u can't be connected to them or lay a complaint with them to assist I'm Very angry i wasted my R1200 in Jan to pay them for Nothing

Please explain to me month to month
Nov and Dec i was disconnected
reason i asked Jan how much i owe to be connected again is because i was offline 2months - i was told R 1200 and my Next payment will be 25 Feb
i have this in writing
i paid what i owe that's why I'm not happy that Monday my services cut off till now and i paid what i was asked to pay.

I need my account active
I paid R1200 Jan 21
My next payment is 25 Feb
I don't have other R650 now
I communicated before I pay
