Very disappointed

I am very disappointed. Been with rain for a few years never had a problem. No that I try to cancel, the service is pathetic. Tried to cancel 28 March, 29 March eventually aske someone to contact me , on 1 April I was promised to be cancelled within an hour.

A week or 2 later saw everything was still active on my app. Guess what they took a debit order on the 15th of April. Emailed again someone promised they will sort it out because cancellation showed end of April.

Guess what I checked its still not cancelled and show next payment 15 May.

Tried phoning, tried emailing again still nothing. How is this fair?

I don't have that extra money.
