Very disappointed considering I have been paying so well. Am very disappointed with rain Wi-Fi

Rain overcharged me and double charged me even worse . I normally par R625 for my wife and this month they deducted over 800 and double the price making it over 1600. I have been calling for weeks and everday am being told they have handed it to the billing department and I need to wait for 24/48 hours .it has been weeks now I keep and calling but nothing is happening . No feedback about my refund , no call from Their so called billing department . Very disappointed

I never missed any payment . You are just a **** . U are robbing people their money , I never missed any payment not even . Please can I cancel my contract with you guys

Imagine deducting 1785 for a wifi that I pay 625 . Even if there were errors can’t u guys calls to arrange payments for those so called errors rather than just deducting 1785 from someone’s account . We have bills to pay with we allocate money monthly . U deducting 1785 from my account for a Wi-Fi that I pay 625 is ***** . I need my refund

And again how am I in arrears u guys said this is a month to month contact . If I don’t pay I don’t get internet so what nonsense arrears are u guys on about . If it’s not a month to month contact why are u fooling people and robbing them their monies . This is ***** and people should be aware of what they are getting themselves in . I want to cancel this thing can I request steps to cancel cz u will end up deducting money again from my side for what only u know . Rain is a ****
