Very disappointed at the service, customer support service doesn't exist at all

Very disappointed at the service, customer support service doesn't exist at all. They have an app, WhatsApp number and customer ticket in which they simply do not respond they ignore you completely.. I had to ask and beg rain for 3 months just to change a simple debit order date. Their only line of communication is phoning in which the response escalate my request standard answer for all their customers whereby they simply do nothing... I don't recommend them sadly, so much potential if rain had the right customer support service in place...
