Very disappointed and regret joining RAIN

I can't believe it's a week already and rain has failed to sort the matter out. They called me maybe twice while at work and never even bothered to call back as I also called them 3 times then emailed the to no avail. The service is horrible and I can't believe I was still their customer. To beg for service that you paid for is not the same as wanting something for free. Rain I am disappointed and won't be carrying on with your router. Kindly come collect it as I have opted to contact vuma. Please note, I am ready for the challenges that come with vuma.
