Very Disappointed

I’m very disappointed on rain, I received my rain on 26 September in the morning and connect it. The router had no signal at all, I called for help on Wednesday, they promised to fix the issue but still today the issue is not fixed, the router is not working because of signal. I called them again today morning, they said the same thing that they will fix the issue. What irritates me is that now it’s afternoon and the issue isn’t fixed m, yet they are not saying anything, they’ll expect me to call them again that’s annoying 😡

If this issue is not fixed by the end of the day today then I’m cancelling the subscription, what the use of having something that is not working
